At Top Hills Travels, we aim to provide the best travel experiences. We understand that plans may change, and this Refund & Cancellation Policy explains the terms under which cancellations and refunds are handled.


1. Booking Confirmation

A booking is considered confirmed only after full or partial payment is received and a confirmation is issued by Top Hills Travels via email or phone.


2. Cancellation by Customer

If you wish to cancel your tour package, the following cancellation charges will apply:

  • 30 days or more before travel date:
    90% refund of the total booking amount

  • 15–29 days before travel date:
    70% refund of the total booking amount

  • 7–14 days before travel date:
    50% refund of the total booking amount

  • Less than 7 days before travel date:
    No refund

Cancellation charges may vary depending on hotel, airline, or service provider policies.


3. Non-Refundable Services

The following are non-refundable:

  • Flight tickets once issued

  • Visa fees

  • Travel insurance

  • Peak-season or special promotional packages

  • Any service marked as “non-refundable” at the time of booking


4. Cancellation by Top Hills Travels

In rare circumstances where we must cancel a tour due to:

  • Natural disasters

  • Government restrictions

  • Low participation

  • Unavoidable operational issues

We will offer:

  • A full refund, or

  • An alternative tour date or package of equal value

No additional compensation will be provided beyond the refunded amount.


5. Refund Process

  • Refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days after approval

  • Refunds will be issued using the original payment method

  • Bank or payment gateway charges, if any, will be deducted


6. No-Show Policy

If a customer fails to arrive on the scheduled date without prior notice, it will be treated as a no-show, and no refund will be provided.


7. Partial Refunds

No refunds will be given for:

  • Unused services

  • Early departure

  • Missed sightseeing or meals


8. Amendments to Bookings

Changes to travel dates or services are subject to availability and may incur additional charges as per supplier policies.


9. Force Majeure

Top Hills Travels shall not be held responsible for cancellations or delays caused by events beyond our control, including natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, or government actions. Refunds in such cases will depend on supplier policies.
